šæHello, my Natural Sleepers! šš¤
Happy World Sleep Day ā a special day dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of sleep and its powerful impact on our well-being. The past 6 months have been incredibly busy for me, and Iām excited to share what Iāve been up to, in my quiet corner š , along with some exciting upcoming news that I will be able to share very soon.

Delivering sleep sessions across the UK and beyond
The past couple of weeks have been packed with exciting opportunities to connect with people and teach valuable sleep strategies. I was hired by incredible businesses who truly believe in employee wellbeing and brought me in to deliver my unique style of sleep coaching sessions ā from webinars to talks and workshops, I guide my clients and help them evolve their journey from knowledge to practical implementation and embodied experiences. It is the best way to get results.
Itās so exciting and humbling to do my work in New York, Los Angeles, London, Leeds, and even charming Windsor (steps away from the Royal Family's HQā¦although they are not my clientsā¦.yet!). Alongside these events, I had the pleasure of giving deep relaxation classes in various workplaces, providing employees with practical sleep tips and wind-down techniques to help reset at the end of their busy days.
And yes, I offer virtual sessions too, which works very well for international clients, jet setters, introverts, people who are homebound, or face challenges when travelling in person and people who work more efficiently from home. Todayās tech tools and solutions allow me to support teams and individuals no matter where they are.
I love these immersive and experiential sessions because they enable me to demonstrate my favorite relaxation exercises and proven techniques. Drawing from both modern science and ancient practices, I help participants RE-learn how to fall asleep naturally ā using their own bodies and brains, rather than relying on sleeping pills.
As a naturopathic sleep coach, my goal is to teach techniques that reduce stress and mental rumination, promote relaxation, and prepare the body for restorative sleep. I mix several approaches from breathing exercises, guided visualization, cognitive and behavioural techniques, to sleep meditation and gentle physical exercises supporting our neurological function. My aim is to motivate and empower people to take control of their sleep patterns for long-term results.
Podcast Interview with the *A*mazing Lisane Basquiat
In other fantastic news, I had the honour and pleasure of being a guest on the Shaping Freedom Podcast hosted by the wonderful Lisane Basquiat. Itās not often that I come across such genuine authenticity, grounding strength, and visionary qualities, wrapped in a warm layer of kindness and generosity.
During our conversation, we explored why prioritizing sleep is one of the most impactful acts of self-care ā yet itās something so many people struggle with. I shared insights on how better sleep can improve focus, boost mental clarity, and positively impact emotional well-being and mood.
I highly encourage you to listen to our chat about sleep. And then listen onwards and subscribe to Lisaneās podcast. It features powerful conversations that inspire growth and positive change. Make sure to tune in and follow Lisane for a flow of insightful content.
