    In light of the global health crisis situation, and staff working from home, many of our clients have asked us to move to a webinar format to support employees with sleep, anxiety and stress while at home. We offer online training and well being support via connected devices so your colleagues can participate from home which avoids any contamination and non-essential travel. Something to think about. Our virtual speakers deliver fascinating information and conduct sleep therapy through live or recorded video.

    Sleep knowlege and therapy delivered virtually

    Our live webinars are interactive with live or recorded video, with engaging virtual speakers. Tools such as presentation slides, audience polls, Q&A and hands up features are used to to engage attendees. We are able to deliver the same knowledge and exercises, the same therapeutic taster sessions, downloadable worksheets instead of handouts, and even demonstrate several relaxation techniques and practices over live stream. The response has been really good therefore we will continue to offer the remote working format.
